Learning to disobey (to oneself): a liverté challenge with salutogenic effects

Conference
September 25, 2025
Lecture by Hugues Poissonnier as part of the "Fil Good. Linking research and well-being in society" (season 11).

In order to gain greater freedom, preserve your health and make more pertinent decisions, particularly in a professional context, it can be useful to learn to "disobey" your emotions (by developing your emotional skills), your thoughts (by allowing yourself greater recourse to intuition) and your sensations.
This invaluable ability to disobey must, of course, be implemented in a constructive and enlightened way to enable all the benefits mentioned above to occur.

This conference will present the results of studies on these issues, which are also detailed in books written by Hugues Poissonnier, Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
