Transfer departure

You are, or have been, enrolled at the UFR SHS of theUniversité Grenoble Alpes.
Have you decided to enroll at a different university for the 2026–2027 academic year? You must submit a request to transfer your academic records, which will be sent to the institution where you will be enrolled in 2026–2027.

As soon as you are accepted at the university of your choiceIf you are interested in a transfer, please submit a transfer request file containing the following documents:

• Departure" transfer request form
• Quitus from the library
• Certificate of Acceptance into the Program for 2026–2027
• Transcript for the 2025–2026 Academic Year (if you were enrolled in the UFR SHS the previous year)

As a reminder, a request to transfer your file does not mean you have been accepted by a university. You must have applied and been accepted by the institution beforehand.

Transfer requests from the UFR SHS for the 2026–2027 academic year may be submitted starting in mid-June 2026, following the release of the first-session grades.

Arrival transfer

You have been accepted into a program at the UFR SHS for the 2026–2027 academic year and are coming from another French university (regardless of your degree level—bachelor’s or master’s—and whether you completed your studies in the academic year immediately preceding 2025–2026 or an earlier year).

Once you have completed your administrative registration with the UGA starting in early July 2026, you can fill out the arrival" transfer documentof the UGA, have it endorsed by Mrs. Koechlin (shs-scolarite-transferts@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr) and send it to your home university, which will then forward your academic file directly to us.
As a reminder, your transfer request can only be processed if you have successfully applied for and been admitted to a program at the UFR SHS (via an application platform such as e-candidat, Parcoursup, DAP, Mon Master, etc.).
