How do I get my student card?

Please note that this information applies only to students new to UGA. For all students re-registering, a sticker must be collected from the administration office in a manner to be specified at a later date.

As long as all your supporting documents have been submitted on the dedicated platform and validated by your component's education department, you will receive a QR Code on the Campus UGA application which will enable you to pick up your student card on your own.

This application can be downloaded free of charge from your smartphone's store. The QR Code can then be scanned at the terminal located UFR ARSH, 1281 rue des universités (ex-centre avenue) from August 20, 2026.
As the QR Code depends on the transmission and validation of supporting documents, please send us all the required documents as soon as possible.

Please note that the QR code used to issue your student card is different from the one obtained when you were admitted to Parcoursup, which does not allow you to issue your card. You must therefore scrupulously follow the above-mentioned steps to obtain the QR code.
