Qualiopi
Article L.6316-4 II of the French Labor Code recognizes the status of higher education establishments in terms of the 4 categories of action contributing to skills development.

Who can benefit from continuing training?

  • You are eligible for continuing education/resumption of studies if you meet one or more of the following criteria:
  • you are returning to individual study after a break of two years or more from your initial course of study,
  • You are registered with Pôle Emploi
  • Your training is paid for by a third party (OPCO, Fongecif, your company, etc.).
  • You receive training-related income (allowance, compensation, salary maintained during training leave),
  • Entering university through the Validation of Prior Learning (VPL) system
  • You were previously enrolled in continuing education

What is VAE / VAPP?

Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE) :

This is an individual right that enables the holder to obtain all or part of a higher education diploma through the recognition of knowledge and skills acquired through professional and personal experience.
Diplomas are issued in the name of the State. They may also be University Diplomas (DU), provided they are registered with the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles).

Validation of Professional and Personal Experience (VAPP) :

It enables people who do not have the required qualifications to access training by validating their professional experience, training courses and personal achievements.
A VAPP application is only valid for the chosen degree and academic year.
