Administrative registration

It takes place in several stages:

  • Payment of the CVEC
  • Online registration
  • Online submission of additional registration documents
  • Collection of school certificate and student card

Step 1: CVEC

Before registering, you must pay the Contribution Vie Etudiante et de Campus (CVEC). To find out more and obtain a certificate, click HERE.

Depending on your situation, you will need to submit additional registration documents via the online platform: https://pjweb-uga.grenet.fr/pjweb-uga/page/login.jsf


Step 4: Student card / Certificate of attendance

Your student card or an updated sticker will be given to you according to instructions given at the start of the school year. If you lose your card, you will have to pay €15 for a new one.
Your school certificate can be downloaded from your LEO intranet. Between 48 and 72 hours after your administrative registration, you will receive an e-mail to activate your digital connection identifiers for access to your LEO intranet.

Cancellation of registration

For 2025-2026: registration cancellations for no particular reason are authorized until September 30, 2025
