Transfer departure

You are, or have been, enrolled at the UFR SHS of theUniversité Grenoble Alpes.
Would you like to enroll at another university in 2025-2026? You need to request a transfer of your administrative file, which will be sent to the university where you will be enrolling in 2025-2026.

As soon as you are accepted at the university of your choiceIf you are interested in a transfer, please submit a transfer request file containing the following documents:

• Departure" transfer request form
• Quitus from the library
• Training acceptance certificate for 2025 - 2026
• Transcript of grades for 2024 - 2025 (if you were enrolled at UFR SHS the previous year)

As a reminder, a request to transfer your file does not mean you have been accepted by a university. You must have applied and been accepted by the institution beforehand.

Applications for university transfers for UFR SHS students for the 2025-2026 academic year must be submitted from mid-June 2025, after publication of the 1st session results.

Arrival transfer

You have been accepted into a course at the UFR SHS in 2025-2026 and you come from another French university (whatever your level, Bachelor's or Master's, whether the year immediately preceding 2024-2025 or an earlier year).

Once you have completed your administrative registration at UGA from the beginning of July 2025, you can complete the arrival" transfer document of the UGA, have it endorsed by Mrs. Koechlin (shs-scolarite-transferts@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr) and send it to your home university, which will then forward your academic file directly to us.
As a reminder, your transfer request can only be made if you have applied for and been accepted onto a course at the UFR SHS (via an application platform: e-candidat, Parcoursup, DAP, Mon Master etc).
