The International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) is a service of theUniversité Grenoble Alpes entirely dedicated to to international audiences students, PhD students, researchers and their accompanying families. It has been awarded the EURAXESS Service Center label by the European Commission.
ISSO teams welcome you in dedicated areas, to help, inform and support you as you settle in and throughout your stay in France We offer a wide range of services to help you make the most of your stay: accommodation, visa validation and residence permit application, health, budget, insurance, daily life, etc.

Residence permits

ISSO cannot intervene in the follow-up of a residence permit application submitted to the Isère Prefecture. There's no need to come to us for this.
